Or add it to ~/.gemini/settings.json yourself. Use httpUrl (plain url means the older SSE transport):

The first time Gemini CLI uses it, your browser opens to sign in. Use your email and one-time code, then approve the consent page. /mcp auth scrollhound signs in again if you need to.
